Dispute resolution

If you are not happy with our services or have any complaint then you must tell us by email message to sales@trunomadskincare.com.

If a dispute is not settled as set out above, we hope you will agree to attempt to resolve it by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIACAdministered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.

(iii) The law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law.

(iv) The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong.

(v) The number of arbitrators shall be one.

(vi) The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

(vii) The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in private and all documents relating to the conduct of the arbitration shall be treated as confidential between the parties.
